bag is labeled by origin and roast: single-origin Arabicas from Ethiopia and Colombia (light or medium

But what makes freeze-dried coffee special is what happens next.

Freshly brewed coffee is carefully prepared at peak flavor, then instantly frozen at extremely low temperatures. In this frozen state, the water within the coffee transforms directly from ice into vapor through a delicate process called sublimation. No boiling, no harsh heat — just pure preservation. What remains are tiny, golden-brown crystals packed with the original taste and fragrance.
